With a strong foundation in both Software-as-a-Service and the care sector in the UK, this care management platform is specifically designed to cater to the actual needs of industry professionals. Grounded in research and experience, the Log my Care solution is a game changer for care homes.


The client had been delivering some marketing activity, mostly in the form of thought leadership blogs and product feature press releases. But it lacked direction, as very much a "scattershot*" approach to marketing.

What did I do?

  • I worked hand in glove with our strategist to help define the ideal customer profile (ICP) for Log My Care's next stage of growth.

  • I then engineered a new value proposition specifically for that audience, before re-developing their existing marketing assets to help them market their new proposition.
